A clear process, with room to change your mind.

Start a return

Email support@xingyaotechnology.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return and whether you need a refund or help with a fault. A reason is optional for cancellation. We will provide the correct return address and practical instructions. The registered office is not a walk-in shop; please request return instructions before sending a parcel.

Cancellation rights

UK distance-order cancellation: notify us within 14 days of delivery, then return within another 14 days. Standard outbound delivery is refundable. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of receiving the goods or earlier return evidence. Your mandatory local consumer rights also apply.

Our additional 30-day return window

We also accept change-of-mind requests made within 30 days of delivery. For this additional window, items must be unworn, unwashed and in resaleable condition, with original tags where supplied. Send the goods within 14 days after making your request. This additional service does not limit your statutory rights.

Trying on and condition

You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Please try footwear on a clean indoor surface. For statutory cancellations, packaging or tags are not an absolute condition of your right to cancel. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs and faulty items

You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Use a service that gives proof of posting and retain the receipt. If goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us; we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs and provide an appropriate remedy. No general exclusion for sale items applies. We do not exclude ordinary clothing, bags or shoes from return merely because they have been tried on.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer where possible. We will request necessary refund details securely, never your banking password. We aim to process voluntary returns within 5–10 working days of inspection, subject to any shorter statutory deadline. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges and cancellations before dispatch

Contact us to check availability of another size or colour. If a direct exchange is unavailable, we can arrange a return and a separate order. You may ask us to cancel an unpaid order before it is accepted. Paid cancellation requests are considered in line with your cancellation rights.
